Hi, I’m Tabitha! Thank you for visiting my website and taking the time to learn a little about me and my professional real estate and housing experience. As a Pacific Northwest lifer, I have the firsthand expertise with all that makes this region one of the best places to call home. Whether it’s the stunning geography and hiking, the diverse communities and thriving art culture or my personal favorite, the renowned wineries and culinary scene, there’s really something here for everyone. That said, I’m pleased to use my familiarity with the region, network and industry experience to help your buying or selling experience be as enjoyable and effortless as possible.  

Professionally, with 15 years of property and asset management experience, I’m schooled in housing inspection quality standards, market trends and competitive housing valuations. I’m also a firm believer that affordable, safe and comfortable housing is a basic fundamental human right, and I will work tireless to help match my clients with their dream home and community. In addition to my experience in real estate, asset management and affordable housing initiatives,  my education includes a Bachelors in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University (Tacoma, WA), a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Washington (Seattle, WA) and a Masters of Science in Project Management from Saint Mary’s University (Minneapolis, MN). 

I live in the Snoqualmie Valley, with my husband and our two fabulous springer spaniels, Truffle and Brownie Bite. We can often be found roaming the Snoqualmie Valley Trail, exploring our regions spectacular hiking, or hitting the slopes in the wintertime. We also love camping at our family property out in Quincy, along the Columbia River. There’s no place quite like Washington and we love to soak it all up!
